TMZ reports that Don Toliver was arrested on suspicion of DUI near the San Fernando Valley on Tuesday morning.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the rapper was pulled over for speeding in the early morning of April 9th in Southern California, with police stating they had clear signs he may have been impaired behind the wheel. Officers gave Toliver a citation on the scene rather than bring him to the station, with police then turning him over to another party who was present and sober. Toliver was said to be fully cooperative throughout the incident, though further details are unavailable.

Toliver’s arrest comes less than a month after Toliver and his partner, Kali Uchis, welcomed their first child together, a baby boy.
