According to Billboard, Metallica will head to the popular game Fortnite later this month, becoming the first band to play appear across all Fortnite experiences.

Epic Games announced the news on June 12, sharing that Metallica-themed gameplay will launch on Thursday (June 13) in Fortnite Festival, Battle Royale, LEGO Fortnite and Rocket Racing; later, the band will play a series of in-game concerts for players only on June 22 and 23 entitled Metallica: Fuel. Fire. Fury.

Users will have six opportunities to catch the concerts at 2 p.m, 5 p.m. and 11 p.m. on the 22nd and 10 a.m., 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. on the 23rd. The company said the the concert was completely customized and built from the ground-up using the powerful Unreal Editor 3D computer graphic game engine, and is described as ‘an immersive experience with a brand-new playable concert that will journey through six of Metallica’s fan-favorite songs with themed gameplay that complements the intensity of a Metallica live show.’

Metallica’s James Hetfield, Lars Ulrich, Kirk Hammett and Robert Trujillo will be the icons for Fortnite Festival Season 4, and players will be able to play along to such Metallica classics as “Enter Sandman,” “Ride the Lightning” and “Master of Puppets.” The band will also be part of the new season of Fortnite Festival‘s Battle Stage, a new competitive way to play the rhythmic music game that will be available to play after the concerts take place. The Stage will welcome 16 players in each match, with all competitors playing the same four-song set until one comes out on top.

Season 4 beings on Thursday, June 13 and lasts through 12 a.m. ET on August 16.
