After canceling several shows in November due to vocal strain, Ms. Lauryn Hill has announced a new run of tour dates with Fugees. At the time of the cancellation last year, Hill said she had “been battling serious vocal strain for the past month,” and that to continue would not be “safe or sustainable.” Hill was on the road last year to honor the 25th anniversary of her classic album The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill that reunited her with her Fugees bandmates for the first time since 2005.

The new run of shows are once again billed as a 25th anniversary tour of The Miseducation of Lauryn Hill, and feature 21 dates (17 in North America and four in Europe), along with an opening set from Hill’s son, rising rapper YG Marley. The tour begins Aug. 9 in Tampa and the North American leg concludes in Hill’s home state of New Jersey on Sept. 21. The European dates get underway Oct. 12 in Manchester, England.

General onsale for the U.S. shows begin 10 a.m. local time on June 28. For European fans, presales begin June 26 also via Live Nation, with general onsale also beginning June 28 at 10 a.m. local.  Head to livenation.com for more information.
