Donald Glover has postponed the remaining North American dates on his final tour as Childish Gambino to “focus on my physical health.” The announcement was made after Glover cancelled his recent show in Houston “due to illness”.

Glover wrote on social media: “hey everyone. unfortunately i have to postpone the rest of the north american tour to focus on my physical health for a few weeks. hold onto your tickets. ALL tickets will be honored for the upcoming dates in north america when they are rescheduled. thanks for the privacy. thanks for the support. thanks for the love.”

Glover had already played 18 shows across the Midwest, East Coast, and South on The New World Tour, which kicked off Aug. 11 in Oklahoma City. The UK/Europe leg of the final Childish Gambino tour is slated to kick off in Lyon, France, on Oct. 31, and run through early December. For ticket information, head HERE.

“The New World Tour” followed the release of the final Childish Gambino album, Bando Stone & the New World, which also served as the soundtrack for Glover’s upcoming movie of the same name, which arrived in July. Bando Stone & the New World, came shortly after Glover dropped Atavista, the “finished” version of Childish Gambino’s fourth album, 3.15.20.
