Sabrina Carpenter will drop her new album Man’s Best Friend on August 29th. Man’s Best Friend marks Carpenter’s seventh studio album and the follow-up to No. 1 LP, Short n’ Sweet.  Released last August, Short n’ Sweet had one of the biggest global debuts of 2024, and featured the smash-hit singles “Espresso”, “Please Please Please”, and “Taste”.

Carpenter also recently dropped the video for the lead single off Man’s Best Friend – “Manchild” – which is co-written by Carpenter and her frequent collaborators Jack Antonoff and Amy Allen. The critically acclaimed music video, directed by Vania Heymann and Gal Muggia, quickly amassed more than 15 million views.  See the video – HERE.

After facing backlash after she dropped the risqué cover art for ‘Man’s Best Friend,’ Carpenter debuted a secondary cover for her seventh studio album. In the new black and white shot posted to social media, Carpenter clutches onto a man in a suit with a few other men in the background with the caption: “i signed some copies of Man’s Best Friend for you guys, & here is a new alternate cover approved by God.”

Carpenter will return with a second sold-out North American leg for her highly acclaimed Short n’ Sweet Tour, which kicks off October 23rd in Pittsburgh and will hit arenas in New York, Nashville, Toronto, and Los Angeles.  The tour will have a five-night run at Madison Square Garden in New York and a six-night run at Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles before wrapping-up on November 23rd. This spring, she traveled across Europe on a run of dates that will pick back up with two performances at London’s Hyde Park in July, followed by another round of shows in the United States and Canada.
