Tyreek Hill has been accused of domestic violence on numerous occasions by his estranged wife, Keeta Vaccaro, as part of their divorce case (according to documents obtained by TMZ.

Vaccaro describes eight separate episodes of physical abuse over a span of 16 months. Vaccaro claims the first incident occurred in January 2024, just two months after the couple’s wedding. She alleges Hill pushed her to the ground inside their Florida guesthouse, stood over her, and ripped off her necklace, leaving her with a bruise and a cut. In another episode, which she says happened at a hotel in Orlando, Vaccaro accuses Hill of assaulting her by throwing her down, pulling her hair, twisting her body in a painful manner, and grabbing at her belongings. The pair separated in April 2025 following what she describes as another violent altercation at their Miami residence.

Hill’s legal team has firmly rejected the accusations, labeling them a “smear campaign” and an attempted “shakedown” orchestrated by Vaccaro and her attorneys.

Hill, 31, is in the second year of a restructured three-year, $90 million contract with the Dolphins. The five-time All-Pro player has been at the center of numerous off-field incidents since joining the Dolphins in 2022. In 2014, he was dismissed from Oklahoma State University after being arrested on charges of punching and choking his then-pregnant girlfriend; those charges were later dismissed and expunged once he completed probation.

Hill was also detained by police last September after being stopped for speeding and reckless driving. The exchange with Miami-Dade police occurred hours before the Dolphins 2024 season opener just outside Hard Rock Stadium. Hill was also in a physical altercation with a Haulover Marina employee in June 2023, and a separate lawsuit alleges he broke a social media influencer’s leg that same month.
