Kristen Bell is returning to host the 2026 Actor Awards – formerly known as the Screen Actors Guild Awards – marking the third time Bell has served as host.

Bell said in a statement: “I’ve enjoyed hosting the show every time, so it was an easy decision to come back for a third. What I’m most excited for is the fact that I’ll be doing what every actor does best…sing.”

Jon Brockett, showrunner and executive producer of the Actor Awards, explained why Bell was the perfect pick for the show’s 32nd year: “Kristen Bell knows this show, she knows this community and she knows how to keep everyone entertained and laughing without ever losing the heart of the night. Having Kristen return to host feels like welcoming back a member of the family. One you actually want to hang out with.”

Legendary actor Harrison Ford will be presented with the SAG-AFTRA Life Achievement Award; with “One Battle After Another” leading all nominees with seven nods, including for best ensemble. The other nominees for the guild’s top award are: “Sinners,” “Hamnet,” “Marty Supreme” and “Frankenstein.”.

The 2026 Actor Awards will once again stream live on Netflix, taking place at the Shrine Auditorium and Expo Hall in Los Angeles on March 1 at 8 p.m. ET/ 5 p.m.
