Lady Gaga shared an acoustic version of “Disease,” the first single off her forthcoming, untitled album (dubbed ‘LG7’) due in February 2025.  The original version of“Disease” – co-written by Gaga’s fiancé, Michael Polansky – was released on October 25th alongside a cinematic music video, directed by Tanu Muino.

The acoustic “Disease (The Antidote Live)” features an accompanying music video, shot at Woodshed Studios in Malibu, California.  It shows Gaga sporting long black and blue hair, playing a stripped-down version of the single from a black grand piano accompanied by acoustic guitar.

“Disease (The Antidote Live)” comes on the heels of Lady Gaga’s 2025 Grammy nominations for Song of the Year and Best Pop Duo/Group Performance alongside Bruno Mars for “Die With A Smile,” which has amassed over 1.06 billion all-time global streams since its release and is the longest-running No. 1 single on Billboard’s Global 200 in 2024.
