Tate McRae earned her first No. 1 album on the Billboard 200 chart with her third studio album So Close To What, marking the biggest debut week for a studio album by a woman in five months.  So Close to What follows the singer’s 2023 album Think Later, which peaked at No. 4 and includes the hit singles “Greedy” and “Exes.”

Upon the debut of So Close To What, McRae concurrently landed 11 songs from the album on the Billboard Hot 100, led by “Sports car” and “Revolving Door” in the top 40. The lead single from So Close To What, “It’s OK I’m OK,” hit No. 20 on the Hot 100 in September. The album also features the song “2 Hands,” as well as a collaboration with Flo Milli titled “Bloodonmyhands” and a collab with McRae’s boyfriend, The Kid Laroi, titled “I Know Love.”

McRae, 21, also has shared the music video for her song “Revolving Door” (seen HERE) as well as the visual for “Sports car” (which you can view – HERE).
