Whitesnake have shared details of an expansive 8-CD live boxset called ‘Access All Areas: Live’ featuring concert performances from the years 2004-2015.  The box set is set for release on April 25th

The box set features six live shows across the eight CDs, kicking off with Live… In the Still of Night featuring singer David Coverdale, joined by Doug Aldrich and Reb Beach on lead guitar, long time Whitesnake drummer Tommy Aldridge plus Marco Mendoza on bass. The set, recorded at London’s iconic Hammersmith Apollo in 2004, includes the hit songs Is This Love, Here I Go Again and Still Of The Night.

Live… In the Shadow of the Blues on CD 2 and CD 3 was recorded on Whitesnake’s 2006 World Tour, featuring the band’s earliest days with “Don’t Break My Heart Again” and “Take Me With You.” Made in Japan finds the band headlining the huge Loud Park festival in Japan in 2011 (across CDs 3 and 4); while Made in Britain captures the band on the Forevermore tour in 2011.  The eight disc set ends with The Purple Tour Live featuring new lead guitarist Joel Hoekstra and sharing songs of David’s career with Deep Purple, including Burn, The Gypsy, Mistreated and Soldier Of Fortune.

In total, ‘Access All Areas: Live’ features 88 remastered songs, it’s presented in a lift-off lid box and features a 60-page book, a colour poster and a new essay based on interviews with David Coverdale.
