Anitta has shares the video for her new single entitled “Larissa” from her recently released Netflix documentary Larissa: The Other Side of Anitta. See the video for ‘Larissa’- HERE.

A synopsis of the Netflix documentary reads: “The film tracks her rise to global fame, revealing how Larissa learned to navigate the highs and lows of a life touring, but it also goes behind the scenes, showing the superstar taking time to ground herself with family and setting off to climb Mount Everest.”

Anitta – real name Larissa de Macedo Machado – shares of the ‘Larissa’ track (co-written by Anitta alongside Essa Gante, Daniel Sobrino, and Caleb Calloway): “My music has always been about strength, right? Mainly feminine strength. But, talking about this track and also the film, I feel like I discovered a new type of strength by allowing myself to be fragile, to fail and to make mistakes. ‘LARISSA’ wouldn’t be possible if it weren’t for this process, in which Larissa became more and more comfortable to be seen.”

Anitta, 31, previously had dropped the music video “Romeo,” in which the Brazilian singer portrays both Romeo and Juliet – showing her in some parts of the video she wears wings, and in other scenes wearing chainmail or armor. See the video for Romeo – HERE.
