Ellie Goulding has expanded her family with the arrival of a baby girl.

The 39-year-old British singer recently gave birth to her second child — and her first with boyfriend Beau Minniear — and shared the happy news with fans on Instagram Stories, alongside a photo offering a small glimpse of the newborn wrapped in a soft cream knit blanket, Goulding wrote, “On Friday, I gave birth to a beautiful healthy baby girl. We are totally obsessed with her.”

The singer reflected on the timing of the birth, noting that it coincided with a meaningful day. “It was fitting that I spent International Women’s Day with her and the incredible female team at St Mary’s, who provided me and my baby with extraordinary care and kindness.” She also expressed deep appreciation for the medical staff who supported her during delivery, adding, “I will always be in awe of midwives.”

The new arrival brings even more excitement to Goulding’s household, especially for her 4-year-old son Arthur, whom she shares with ex-husband Caspar Jopling. Goulding shared that her son is thrilled about his new role in the family, writing, “This addition to my family fills me with so much joy, especially as Arthur is so so happy to become a big brother to this little angel.”

Goulding and Jopling married in August 2019 and welcomed Arthur nearly two years later before eventually separating. She later went public with her relationship with Minniear in September, and revealed her pregnancy during a red-carpet appearance at the 2025 Fashion Awards in London.
