Zara Larsson is gearing up for her next chapter and will release Midnight Sun: Girls Trip – a deluxe version of her 2025 album Midnight Sun, packed with female collaborators.

The Swedish pop star shared the news shortly after making a surprise appearance during PinkPantheress’ Coachella Weekend 2 performance. During the set, she debuted a refreshed take on “Midnight Sun” and hinted at an unreleased verse still on the way.

The expanded album arrives May 1 via Epic Records and Sommer House. Alongside the announcement, Zara revealed vibrant cover art showing her perched atop a pink hot rod. In the lead-up, she teased fans with cryptic visuals—including a “Girls Trip” map dotted with flower symbols across different regions, sparking speculation about featured artists, and a suitcase photo captioned, “Packed and ready for my Girls Trip.”

The deluxe release follows the strong reception of  the 10-track Midnight Sun album, which continues to make waves on the charts. Zara currently has multiple tracks on the Billboard Hot 100, including “Lush Life,” which reached No. 35 as its video nears one billion views, “Midnight Sun” at No. 39, and her collaboration with PinkPantheress, “Stateside,” climbing to No. 6.

Zara also recently joined Tyla for their first collaboration, “She Did It Again,” marking the second single from Tyla’s upcoming sophomore album, A-Pop. That release was paired with a visually striking music video, which shifts between desert landscapes and cascading waterfall scenes, matching the song’s smooth, stylish energy.  Check it out – HERE.
